About this range
Stand up pouches are the workhorse of retail packaging. A flat bottom keeps them standing on the shelf, a gusseted base gives them volume, and a resealable zipper keeps the product fresh after opening. We produce them in laminated film, kraft paper and recyclable structures, with your artwork printed by either gravure or digital press.

What is the minimum order quantity for custom stand up pouches?
Smaller batches are possible on digital printing than on gravure, so trial orders are workable. Send us the spec and quantity you have in mind and we will confirm the exact MOQ.
Can I get a sample of stand up pouches before ordering?
Yes. We can send a stock sample to check the material and finish, and once your artwork is ready we produce a printed sample for approval before the full run.
Which printing method will you use for my stand up pouches?
Gravure printing is more economical for large volumes and gives the sharpest result on long runs. Digital printing suits short runs, multi-SKU launches and fast turnarounds. We will recommend the better option once we know your quantity and deadline.
What artwork files do you need?
AI, PDF or PSD with fonts outlined or embedded, plus a note of the required finished size and any spot colours. If you only have a low-resolution file we can redraw it.
How do I work out the right size?
Tell us the net weight and the product's settled bulk density, and we will calculate the pouch dimensions and the fill opening for your equipment.
