Questions buyers ask before ordering
What is your minimum order quantity?
It depends on the product and the printing method. Digital printing lets us run much smaller batches than gravure, so trial orders and multi-SKU launches are workable. Send us your product and quantity and we will confirm the exact MOQ for your spec.
Can you print my own design and logo?
Yes. Custom printing is what we do. We accept your artwork in AI, PDF or PSD format with fonts outlined or embedded, and we send a digital proof plus a physical sample for approval before production.
Which materials are food safe?
All food contact structures we supply are food grade and BPA-free. Depending on the product we use PET/PE, PET/AL/PE, kraft paper with a food grade liner, or recyclable mono-material laminates.
Are recyclable or compostable options available?
Yes. We supply mono-material recyclable laminates and compostable film structures. Barrier performance is slightly lower than foil laminates, so tell us your shelf life target and we will recommend the right structure.
How long does production take?
Typical lead time is 7 to 15 working days after artwork and sample approval, depending on quantity and printing method. We will confirm your specific date in the quotation.
Do you provide samples?
Yes. Stock samples are free, you only cover the courier cost. For custom printed samples we charge a plate or setup fee that is refunded against your first production order.
