Pet food is heavy, abrasive and often greasy, so the bag has to survive handling, stacking and shipping without splitting. We use puncture resistant multi-layer structures, reinforced side gussets, handle holes and heavy duty zippers, sized from 500g treats to 10kg bulk.

Yes — every product we supply is custom printed. Send your artwork in AI, PDF or PSD and we will produce a digital proof, then a printed sample for your approval before production starts.
What is the MOQ and lead time?
MOQ depends on the printing method and the structure. Digital printing allows smaller trial runs, gravure printing is more economical at volume. Typical lead time is 7 to 15 working days after artwork approval, confirmed in your quotation.
Is the material food safe?
Yes. Food contact structures are food grade and BPA-free, and comply with international packaging standards. Certification documents are available on request.
Can you match the size and finish I already use?
Yes. Send us a physical sample or the exact dimensions and we will reverse-engineer the structure so it runs on your existing filling line without modification.
Do you ship internationally?
